- 1 1/2 oz gin
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1/3 oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 2-3 oz soda water
Pour infused gin into shaker (no ice).
Add lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white.
Dry shake for 15 seconds.
Add ice then shake again.
Strain and pour in a Collins glass.
Top with soda water.
