- 2 oz infused gin
- 3/4 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 3/4 oz honey syrup
- Sprig of dried lavender for garnish
Add the infused gin, lemon juice and honey syrup into a shaker with ice.
Shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass (or a Nick & Nora or martini glass).
Garnish with lavender sprig.
