Run a slice of lime around the rim of a champagne glass and roll through coarse salt.
In a shaker with ice, combine lime juice, infused tequila, and agave syrup.
Shake for 15–20 seconds, then strain into glass.

Put the contents of the jar into a small saucepan.
Add water and bring to a simmer.
