1-1/2 ounces infused brandy
1 ounces cherry juice
Splash lime juice
Dash of angostura bitters
Prosecco or Champagne

Pour infused brandy into shaker with ice.
Add cherry juice, a splash of lime juice and a dash of bitters.
Shake well.
Strain and serve in a coupe glass.
Top with Prosecco or champagne.
Garnish with Luxardo cherry.

2 ounces infused tequila
3/4 ounce honey syrup
1 ounce lime juice

Pour infused tequila into shaker with ice.
Add honey syrup and lime juice.
Shake well.
Strain and pour into rocks glass with ice.
Garnish with a fresh cherry.

2 ounces infused tequila blanco
2 ounces sparkling lime water (like Topo Chico, Spindrift)
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce maraschino liqueur (Luxardo, Maraska or Lazzarroni)
1 teaspoon cherry preserves (from the jar)
1 Tablespoon coarse salt for glass rim

Run a slice of lime around the rim of a highball glass, and roll through coarse salt.
Fill glass completely with cubed or crushed ice.
Add infused tequila, lime juice, cherry preserves, and maraschino liqueur into a shaker with ice.
Shake until chilled.
Strain into your prepped glass.
Top with sparkling lime soda water.
Garnish with lime wedge and cherry.

2 ounces infused rum
1 ounce cherry juice
2-3 ounces ginger beer

Add pebble into Moscow Mule-like copper mug.
Add rum and cherry juice.
Top with ginger beer.
