- 2 oz infused mezcal
- 1/2 oz fresh orange juice
- 1/2 oz cranberry juice
- Dash of cardamom bitters
- 1-2 oz sparkling wine (Prosecco or Champagne)
Pour infused mezcal into shaker.
Add orange juice, cranberry juice and cardamom bitters.
Shake well.
Strain and pour in a coupe.
Top with sparkling wine.
