Our Policy
All Soulshine Carolina Cocktail Infusion Kit product sales are final. We accept exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.
You can request an exchange if the item was damaged in transit or if the wrong item was shipped.
Simply email soulshinecarolina@gmail.com within 10 days of the order date to request an exchange or refund. Please include a picture of the damaged item or incorrect item in your email. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and make sure your replacement is sent out or a refund is granted.
