  • 1 1/2 oz infused brandy
  • 1 oz cherry juice
  • Splash lime juice
  • Dash of angostura bitters
  • Prosecco or Champagne
  • Brandied cherries for garnish

Pour infused brandy into shaker with ice.
Add cherry juice, a splash of lime juice and a dash of bitters. Shake well.
Strain and serve in a coupe glass.
Top with sparkling wine.
Garnish with brandied cherries.
