- 1 1/2 oz infused brandy
- 3/4 oz peach brandy
- 1 1/2 oz rum
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 2 oz black tea, cooled
- Soda water
Combine infused brandy, peach brandy, rum, lemon juice and black tea into shaker with ice.
Shake well.
Strain and serve in a rocks glass (or teacup) with ice.
Top with club soda and garnish with lemon peel.
