- 2 oz infused tequila blanco
- 2 oz sparkling lime water (like Topo Chico, Spindrift)
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz maraschino liqueur (Luxardo, Maraska or Lazzarroni)
- 1 tsp cherry preserves (from the jar)
- 1 Tbsp coarse salt for glass rim
- Sliced limes and fresh cherry for garnish
Run a slice of lime around the rim of a highball glass, and roll through coarse salt. Fill glass completely with crushed ice.
In a shaker with ice, add tequila, lime juice, cherry preserves, and maraschino liqueur. Shake until chilled and strain into your prepped glass.
Top with sparkling lime soda water and garnish with lime slice and cherry.
